Pri-8800 Incubation Sampler

The PRI-8800 is an automated laboratory incubation system for precise measurement of soil greenhouse gas fluxes (primarily CO₂, CH₄, and N₂O). It holds 25 vials (150 ml each (customizable) in a temperature-controlled water bath, supporting constant or variable temperature modes with high precision (±0.05°C fluctuation) and rapid ramping (≥1°C/min). This enables high-resolution experiments, such as accurate temperature coefficient determination using 20+ temperature points. Compatibility with external high-precision instruments make it versatile. It's ideal for studying temperature sensitivity, moisture responses, substrate priming, freeze-thaw cycles, and diurnal dynamics in soil respiration and carbon cycling.
